There is a document posted to the website that you may print as a check list. In summary: Players and Coaches need player passes with a photo and signature. (FULL first name and last - no nicknames) Players need a signed RG6 form Players need government issued proof of age Coaches need a license for the age group they wish to coach Player passes, rosters and line ups will be generated from the state computer database.  Please consult a club registrar for additional details.
