 Coach's Instructions 


These documents contain the basic information needed by coaches, assistant coaches,
and team managers participating in the LVYSL Fall 2009 season.

Instructions on how to:

 Instructions for Rescheduling a Game 


The coach requesting the change begins the process by logging in to the LVYSL web site (www.lvysl.org) site (Note: The coach/club that begins the RESCHEDULE REQUEST process will be the club that is charged with a Referee Reassignment fee for the change, if applicable.) To begin the process:

1. Go to the SCHEDULES on the WEB home page and click on the Season that applies.

2. Select your team from the list box and click on the VIEW TEAM SCHEDULE button.

3. Click on RESCHEDULE REQUEST (right side of the screen under ACTION for the specific game).

4. Enter ONLY the change information (for example, enter only the new DATE if the time and field
will be the same).

5. Enter the reason for the request -- this is very important in obtaining approval.

6. Then click on SUBMIT RESHEDULE REQUEST button.

7. An e-mail will be sent to the opposing coach(es) and team manager by the website.

*** IF THE OPPOSING COACH AGREES TO THE REQUESTED CHANGE ***

He or she can confirm (accept) the change request by:

a. Logging into to the LVYSL website.

b. Going to their Team Schedule and clicking on 'Resched Request' for the game

c. Click on the Confirm Rescheduled Request button



 Fall 2009 League Costs 


The team costs to participate in the LVYSL Fall 2009 season are as follows:

U9 and U10 - $275.00
U11 through U19 - $400.00
Secondary League - $140.00
Performance Bond for each team $50.00

Note: If your team is Primary to LVYSL and has already participated in an LVYSL season during the current soccer year, then the fee for a Large Sided or Small Sided team is $75.00.

Note: If your club enters more than 8 teams into an LVYSL season then the performance bond is capped at $400.00.

If, at any time during the season, your club's performance bond falls below $50, LVYSL may request that you increase the performance bond to a reasonable amount.

A referee fee schedule can be found on the EPYSA website at: http://www.epysa.org/RefereeFees.html.

Please note that Referee Fees are set by the State Referee Association not by EPYSA or LVYSL.
